We are excited to announce to you the release of "People to People," a
new documentary about the Pastors for Peace Friendshipment Caravans to
Cuba.

Directed by Consuelo Elba, this engaging film mixes archival footage
with video from the 2008 Caravan to Cuba and recent interviews to tell
the story of Pastors for Peace and the Latin American School of
Medicine in Havana, Cuba. "People to People" was co-produced in Cuba
by ICAIC (the Cuban Institute of Art and Film) and the Cuban Institute
of Friendship with the Peoples (ICAP).

Premiering "People to People" is the perfect occasion to hold an event
about the Pastors for Peace Caravan and the US blockade against Cuba
in your community. It is a dynamic tool which can be used to help
promote and fundraise for the 2010 Caravan to Cuba, which will bring
together over100 people and hundreds of tons of aid and vehicles
destined for Cuba- but only with your help. The film can also be used
to raise
awareness about the scholarship offer at the Latin American School of Medicine.

Nos emociona poder informarles del estreno de "People to People" (De
Pueblo a Pueblo), un nuevo documental sobre las caravanas de amistad
de los Pastores por la Paz a Cuba.

Dirigida por Consuelo Elba, este interesante documental cuenta la
historia de los Pastores por la Paz y la Escuela Latinoamericana de
Medicina de la Habana (Cuba), combinando secuencias de archivo con
otras de vídeo de la caravana que fue a Cuba en 2008 y entrevistas
recientes. "People to People" fue realizada por el ICAIC (Instituto
Cubano de Arte e Industria Cinematográficos) y el ICAP (Instituto
Cubano de Amistad con los Pueblos).
